Winnie Yeung serves as the chief legal counsel of Microsoft’s corporate external and legal affairs team for Greater China. She and her team provide support to Microsoft’s sales and business operations in the region, and collaborate with customers on business, legal and regulatory issues to help drive the company’s digital transformation. She is a member of the senior business leadership team in the region.

Yeung joined Microsoft in 2004. Prior to her current role, she was the general manager of the commercial legal team for Greater China, as well as the lead counsel of Microsoft Hong Kong. Before joining Microsoft, Yeung was with law firm Baker McKenzie in Hong Kong, specialising in IT licensing, IP rights and privacy protection. Jiao Wei graduated from Nanjing University with a master's degree. He has 10 years of experience in legal compliance and has long been engaged in the creation, operation and compliance management of public and private net-worth financial products. He has rich practical experience in legal compliance related to asset management plans, trust plans, private equity funds, and government-guided funds, and has successfully listed projects on the SSE, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and the Beijing Stock Exchange.

Liu Fang (Ming Qian) serves as vice president, chief legal officer and chief compliance officer at Zeekr. She has worked for various top international law firms and Fortune 500 companies for more than 20 years, representing multinational corporations, private and state-owned enterprises in many high-profile cross-border M&A transactions, investment and private equity financing projects.

Liu has long served China’s leading EV start-ups. Jiang Zhiyin joined Huolala Group as its general counsel and compliance officer in March 2019. She is responsible for the management of legal and compliance matters of Huolala Group, leading more than 30 members of its legal team. She has represented shipping companies in charter party disputes, collisions, oil pollution cases, salvage contract disputes, offshore drilling platform construction disputes, insurance recovery cases and compliance matters such as US and EU sanctions. She also has experience in transaction matters such as ship and aircraft sale and purchases. Her recent work relates to port and logistics industries.

Building upon the innovative creation of revenue-sharing financial products, Ling guided her team in further exploring and introducing the securitisation of revenue rights under daily revenue contracts, integrating concepts and methods of traditional asset securitisation products. By subscribing to the securitised products, investors can participate in and benefit from the revenue rights of the underlying contracts. This novel architectural design effectively converts the cash flow obtained from revenue-sharing contracts into cash flow paid to investors under the financial products. By applying this model to Daily Revenue Obligation (DRO) products issued overseas by the Micro Connect Macao Financial Assets Exchange, overseas investors can invest in DROs through the exchange or pledge DROs held on the exchange as collateral to obtain financing from overseas banks. Sam Huang is Vanke Group’s general counsel, overseeing all legal, litigation and compliance matters. He has led landmark transactions, including the spin-off listing of Onewoo at the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
