Zhang Lei

Introduction

Zhang Lei is a partner at the Beijing office of Commerce & Finance Law Offices whose practices focus primarily on civil litigation and commercial arbitration. Zhang also specialises in compliance and M&A. He has gained significant experience in dispute resolution during many years of legal practice.

Zhang has represented clients in a wide variety of high-profile cases covering an extensive range of commercial disputes. He represented and is representing SOEs, bankers, WFOEs, foreign entities and domestic companies on matters concerning debt disputes, fund investment, share purchase, international trade, and real-estate related disputes before the Supreme People’s Court, high courts, intermediate courts, CIETAC, BAC, and HKIAC. He had also participated in handling some cross-border M&A projects in his past practice.
