Introduction

Ye Han specialises in antitrust/competition law, and regulatory and compliance. He has led or participated in over 300 projects for top-tier companies in multiple jurisdictions including China, the US, Japan, the EU, and Taiwan region, across industries such as semiconductor, internet, pharmaceuticals, new energy, real estate and manufacturing involving China Resources Group, Qualcomm, Tencent, Autoliv and Sony. His professional expertise has been highly recognised by leading international law firms including Cravath, and Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu.

Ye’s practice covers antitrust investigations, merger filings, litigation and complaints, and competition compliance, acting as a monitoring trustee in matters concerning hostile/anti-hostile takeovers and fair competition review.

Actively engaged in frontier issues, Ye has published over 100 articles in leading platforms including Law Press, China Business Law Journal, Caijing and PaRR. He also serves as an appointed expert for several provincial and municipal administrations for market regulation (AMR), contributing to government-led initiatives such as legal revision and industry research.
