Ye Fei

Introduction

Ye Fei is a senior partner at Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT&N) and currently serves as director of its Nanjing office. For his outstanding professionalism and influence in the legal industry, Ye has received numerous honours and awards from the All China Lawyers Association, Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association, and Nanjing Lawyers Association. Ye has also been recommended by prominent legal publications such as IFLR 1000, Chambers and Partners, China Business Law Journal and The Legal 500 as one of the leading and prominent lawyers in his practising areas.

Ye specialises in litigation and non-litigation services relating to funds, securities, M&A, infrastructure investment and construction. In the field of funds, Ye has provided legal services for various types of funds and fund managers in the fields of infrastructure, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, and biomedicine. In the field of securities, Ye has provided legal services for numerous IPO and bond issuance projects, and completed innovative legal service projects such as the registration and issuance of China’s first affordable housing asset-backed securities, the first entrepreneurial company bond in Jiangsu province, and Jiangsu’s first batch of overseas company bonds. In addition, Ye is an experienced commercial litigation lawyer.

Apart from his legal profession, Ye has deep interests in the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage, and has led legal services for World Cultural Heritage sites in northwest China, such as Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang, Gansu province; Maijishan Cave-Temple Complex in Tianshui, Gansu province; and Bingling Temple Grottoes in Yongjing County, Gansu province.
