Yang Hui

Introduction

Yang Hui is the executive deputy director and senior partner of Dacheng Law Offices’ Xi’an branch. He currently serves as a member of the Compliance Committee of the All China Lawyers Association; a director of the Shaanxi Provincial Civil and Commercial Law Society; a law enforcement supervisor in Shaanxi province; an arbitrator of the Xi’an Arbitration Commission; and a registered chartered surveyor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Yang has extensive experience in providing legal counsel to companies and offering legal services in real estate and construction engineering. His services include corporate legal counsel; comprehensive legal risk management; legal risk management for single business modules or management modules; corporate governance; primary land development; real estate project initiation, acquisition, transfer, and financing; project company establishment, and M&A; and comprehensive legal services in the real estate sector including property sales, transfer and leasing.

He is familiar with the administrative processes of various development zones and levels of government in Xi’an. He is also familiar with the administrative processes of the commerce system, land and resources system, development and reform commission system, planning system, urban construction system, housing management system, and urban village and shantytown renovation management system in the real estate and construction industries. His team has established strong partnerships with government agencies involved in real estate development and construction engineering, enabling them to provide clients with comprehensive legal solutions, including project permit processing.
