Xi Zhanpeng

Introduction

Xi Zhanpeng currently serves as the executive director of Highking Law Firm. He studied at Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and China University of Political Science and Law, and has over 10 years of experience in trial and execution work. During this period, he participated in several major research projects of the Supreme People’s Court, and published dozens of articles.

Xi specialises in providing comprehensive solutions to complex legal issues for enterprises. He has provided legal services to numerous central enterprises, financial institutions and industry-leading companies, resolving debts totaling more than RMB100 billion (USD14.19 billion). Cases he has handled have been recognised as “National Top 10 Typical Cases”.

Additionally, he serves as a postgraduate supervisor at the law schools of two universities. He has been repeatedly listed on authoritative international legal directories such as Chambers and The Legal 500, and is ranked as a Band 1 recommended lawyer in the Asia-Pacific Greater China region for bankruptcy restructuring and dispute resolution.
