Wang Bo

Introduction

Wang Bo graduated from Peking University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in law and economics. He has been practising law for 22 years since joining a well-known law firm in 2003. Wang specialises in capital operations, overseas listings, corporate finance, M&A, and reorganisation, which endows him with outstanding professional skills and rich hands-on experience.

Wang has completed IPOs and refinancings for more than 60 corporate groups and more than 80 investment and financing/M&A projects to date. He also serves as legal counsel to more than 10 domestic and overseas listed corporations. Wang leads the firm’s healthcare department and has made sterling accomplishments in the healthcare industry and capital market-related businesses. More than 50% of successful healthcare and biotechnology-related Hong Kong IPO projects have seen the dedicated participation of Wang’s team. He has received numerous awards from the likes of Asian Legal Business, China Business Law Journal, LEGALBAND and Dawkins for many years.
