Introduction
Rodney Teoh is an owner partner of Stevenson Wong & Co. He is a deputy head of corporate finance and co-head of fintech with the firm. He is also a senior partner at AllBright Law (Hong Kong) Offices, which is associated with Stevenson Wong & Co. He has 18 years of experience and advises on equity and debt capital markets and private investments with cross-border elements involving Hong Kong, the PRC and Southeast Asia. Teoh is quad-qualified in Australia (NSW), Hong Kong, England & Wales, and PRC (Greater Bay Area).
Teoh was trained at well-reputed international law firms prior to joining the firm in 2014. He graduated from the University of New South Wales with Bachelor’s degrees in laws and commerce (majoring in accounting). His practice covers a broad range of commercial and corporate finance work, including IPOs, secondary equity offerings, pre-IPO investments, bond offerings, corporate restructurings, fintech and blockchain advisory. He has also advised on various cross-border public and private M&A, and takeovers of Hong Kong-listed companies. Teoh has been retained by a number of Hong Kong-listed companies on their post-listing compliance and other matters.
Teoh often speaks at seminars and director training sessions to share his experience and insights on topics such as Hong Kong SPACs, Hong Kong Listing Rules, corporate finance, M&A, and listing compliance.
