Introduction

Liu Lei (Ray Liu) is a senior partner at Jia Yuan Law Offices. He received a Master of Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Bachelor of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. He is qualified in Hong Kong.

Liu has over 15 years of experience in Hong Kong’s capital markets, where he specialised in Hong Kong IPOs and M&A. His representative IPO deals included: Sunshine Lake Pharma; China Tourism Group; CALB Group; Mokingran Jewellery; Shanxi Installation Group; Qiniu; China Tianbao Group; Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities; China CNR Corporation; Fosun Pharma; Luzhou Xinglu Water; HL Technology Group; Hebei Yichen Industrial Group; China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group; Dynagreen; CEC Optics Valley; Golden Wheel Tiandi; and China Silver Group.
