Qian Xin

Introduction

Qian Xin, a core member of Joint-Win Partners, currently serves as the senior partner, the head of Financial Dispute Resolution Department, and director of the Risk Control Committee. Currently, he is a professional in the finance law sector, specialising in banking, trusts, private equity funds, asset management and non-performing asset disposal. He provides effective and quality legal services to clients, which highlights ways of thinking from multiple perspectives and risk prevention.

Qian has taken projects of financial institutions including non-performing asset disposal, full-process service of trust plans, securitisation of credit assets, equity investment and so on. He has worked for the non-performing asset disposal of stock-pledged repurchase transactions of Huarong Securities, of which the subject matter approached RMB300 million (USD42.5 million); and has also acted for the industry fund project of Sinopharm CICC and Bank of Nanjing’s Shanghai branch, and the buyout fund project of Runda Medical.
