Qi Peibing

Introduction

Qi Peibing is a partner at Fangda Partners. With nearly 20 years of experience in adjudication, he served as a division chief and senior judge. Since joining Fangda Partners in 2017, he has handled a large number of complex commercial dispute cases involving commercial contracts, corporate equity and control, investment, financing and M&A, as well as overlapping criminal and civil matters, maintaining an extremely high success rate.

He concurrently serves as an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. He is also a part-time supervisor at Peking University, Renmin University of China, and China University of Political Science and Law.
