Fu Peng focuses on data, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), and other high-tech industries where his extensive data and IP experience adds substantial value. He is a leading practitioner in AI and technology-related legal services, including intelligent connected vehicles and customer operations digitalisation. He has advised many clients on overseas investments and business expansions, and has served as a data-compliance expert in several offshore IPOs.

Fu has been recognised by China Business Law Journal, The Legal 500, Asian Legal Business (ALB) and other major publications for his work in data protection, TMT, technology law and IP. He has led multiple transactions that have been named “Deals of the Year” by Chambers and Partners and ALB. He has delivered data and technology regulatory compliance courses at Peking University and for several well-known media organisations. He is also one of the principal drafters of several standards in the fields of data and technology.
