Zhao Bojia

Introduction

Zhao Bojia graduated from the University of International Business and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in law.

Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Zhao was a partner with Global Law Office.

Zhao has substantial experience in both onshore and offshore public offerings (including A-share, H-share, red chip, overseas listing with PRC interests involved, spin-off listings and backdoor listings), mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. In terms of industry experience, Zhao has provided legal service in many sectors such as health care, TMT, media, mining, energy resources and real estate.

In particular, Zhao has considerable experience in the health care sector, including pharmaceutical, medical equipment, IVD, health care service and mobile health, etc. Zhao has provided legal services on deals such as state-owned hospital reform and trade sale, minority investment and M&A of specialised hospital, and financing of pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies.
