Mu Fei

Introduction

Mu Fei once worked in the Beijing Intermediate People’s Court in civil and commercial trials. The cases she presided over and participated in mainly involved finance, securities, investment and financing, real estate, equity, financial leasing, buying and selling, arbitration and judicial review. She is a senior partner at Beijing Hylands Law Firm.

Mu has focused on dispute resolution in major commercial cases and she is particularly adept at handling difficult and complex cases in areas such as financial asset management, corporate equity, and guarantees. Her clients include banks, trust companies, leasing companies, asset management companies, fund investment companies, guarantee companies, large state-owned enterprises, listed companies and more. Mu, with her profound experience in this field, especially her familiarity with judicial practice, is skilled in objectively analysing litigation risks, reasonably predicting case trends, conducting in-depth research and solving difficult legal problems, and providing clients with effective dispute resolution solutions.

In the past three years, the value of cases in which she provided representation has exceeded 10 billion yuan (USD1.37 billion).
