Morgen Wang

Introduction

Wang Weining holds a Doctor of Laws degree from Peking University. He is a member of the Criminal Law Committee of the 10th All-China Lawyers Association and the deputy director of the Criminal Law Committee of the 12th Beijing Lawyers Association. Wang is also an independent director at PKU HealthCare, a visiting scholar at Cornell University and the University of Chicago, the deputy secretary-general of the Union of Finance Alumni of Peking University, and a council member of both the Beijing Society of Criminology and the Beijing Society of Comparative Law.

As an expert in criminal law and cross-disciplinary criminal-civil matters, Wang has been dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services in specialised areas for clients. With extensive practical experience in finance, securities, listed companies, intellectual property, taxation, environmental protection, and international criminal judicial assistance, he has provided legal services to numerous listed companies, large state-owned enterprises and others.
