Chen Yuhan

Introduction

Chen Yuhan, a member of China Zhi Gong Party, is a seasoned lawyer specialising in intellectual property law, with a focus on anti-unfair competition, trademarks, patents, and copyrights. With more than 15 years of legal service experience, Yuhan currently serving as deputy secretary-general of the Anti-Unfair Competition and Anti-Monopoly Legal Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, director of the Beijing Intellectual Property Research Association, chair of the Competition Law Professional Committee of the Beijing Intellectual Property Research Association, and invited director and head of dispute mediation for the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. • Achieving success for Dongdao Brand Creative Group in a second-instance appeal and retrial for a trademark infringement case, where the “Dongdao” design was recognised as a well-known trademark for the first time. ·Prevailing on behalf of Xiaomi Corporation in a trademark infringement case against Weifang Ruichi concerning the “LeiJun Electric (雷军电动)” trademark.
• Assisting Inner Mongolia Yili Group in obtaining registration for the “YouSuanRu (优酸乳)” trademark after 20 years of use.
