Chen Jun

Introduction

Chen Jun is the vice president of the Sichuan Lawyers Association, a representative of the 8th National People’s Congress in Wuhou District, Chengdu, and a partner at Commerce & Finance Law Offices. He was conferred the titles of Professional Financial Securities and Insurance Lawyer and Professional Construction & Real Estate Lawyer by the Sichuan Lawyers Association, National Excellent Lawyer by the Ministry of Justice and Clients’ Most Preferred Lawyer of the western region by ALB China, an international legal magazine.

Chen’s main practice areas are compliance, government supervision, dispute resolution, banking and finance, real estate and construction engineering.

Representative cases of Chen’s include but are not limited to, providing legal advice to more than ten CPC party and government institutions including the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and government, the Sichuan Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee and government, the Organisation Department of the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee, the Social Work Department of the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee, and the Chengdu High-Tech Zone Management Committee.
