Bu Liang

Introduction

Bu Liang joined L&H Law Firm in 2017 after 12 years at the High Court and municipal government agencies. He is an arbitrator for the Shanghai International Arbitration Center and Hangzhou Arbitration Commission and a mentor at East China University of Political Science and Law. He has published in Civil Jurisdiction Guidance and Filing Work Guidance. His achievements include first prize at the National Seminar on Civil and Commercial Jurisdiction Practice; third prize at the Chinese Law Youth Forum; 2024 Benchmark Litigation Zhejiang Region “Lawyer of the Year”, 2024 Legal Vision “Star of the Brand in Dispute Resolution: Leading Lawyer”; and recognition as one of the Top Ten Mentors by Zhishiwang in 2019.

Bu specialises in applying strategic adjudication models to resolve disputes through diversified approaches and delivers legal services to clients, including investment institutions, listed companies, state-owned enterprises, etc.
