Li Weiming

Introduction

Li Weiming mainly engages in corporate governance and compliance, commercial dispute resolution and other legal services in the corporate and commercial fields, leading his team in providing legal consulting services to hundreds of well-known domestic enterprises and listed companies.

Li has participated in a number of corporate governance, equity structure design, equity incentives, enterprise investment and financing projects. He also completed a number of projects related to corporate criminal compliance rectification, central enterprise compliance system construction, compliance system publicity and training.

Li participated in the compilation of Enterprise Contract Legal Risk Management Practice and Company Legal Counsel Practice Tips and has published many practical articles. He is a researcher at the Enterprise Legal Risk Management Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law. He has gained recognition as one of the “Rising Stars” by China Business Law Journal and awarded the “Outstanding Youth of Shanghai Changning District Committee of the Communist Youth League”.

Li graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Master of Laws degree and an EMBA from Fudan University.
