Introduction

Xun Tingting is a partner of Guantao Law Firm and deputy director of the Corporate Counsel Professional Committee of Beijing Municipal Lawyers Association, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with an LLB degree, and then obtained an LLM degree from the National University of Singapore. With 15 years’ experience of practising law in China and Singapore, Xun specializes in corporate/M&A, capital markets, equity management and real estate, and has provided legal services for offshore offerings and listing projects of stock and foreign direct investment in China, as well as general corporate and compliance of domestic enterprises, covering a wide range of industries including real estate, medical institutions, culture and education, commercial banking, TMT, environmental protection and new energy. In recent years, Xun has dedicated herself to the integrated solutions of general corporation legal services from a customer perspective, to help enterprises to search for management and operational compliance problems, build risk control systems and settle disputes.

Xun is an appointed Postgraduate Tutor for the School of International Law at China University of Political Science and Law. In 2015, she obtained the China Mergers & Acquisitions Association Eighth Session Legal Service Award.
