Full-service Malaysian firm Christopher & Lee Ong has hired Chua See Hua as a partner and co-head of the restructuring and insolvency practice in Kuala Lumpur.
Chua joined with an associate from her boutique firm, Chua Associates, which she founded in 2010. Following her departure in March, the boutique firm ceased its operations.
“The decision to join Christopher & Lee Ong was to push our restructuring and insolvency further, and tap into a wider clientele base of multinational corporations, as well as gaining access to a large regional law firm network with an established restructuring and insolvency practice in ASEAN,” Chua told Asia Business Law Journal.
