The Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) jointly held two international summits in Paris and London this summer, helping China’s dispute resolution community gain a higher weight internationally, said the commission’s vice chairperson.
While the summits raised the BAC’s international profile, “it’s more about enhancing the standing and influence of China’s whole arbitration community and even Chinese law,” Wang Hongsong told China Business Law Journal.
