ARMA Law, an Indonesian firm, has announced a non-exclusive alliance with one of the big six in South Korea, Shin & Kim, that will aim to deliver tailored solutions for their clients.

Merari Sabati, a partner at ARMA, said: “The non-exclusive alliance with Shin & Kim holds significant importance for us, serving as a cornerstone of our strategic approach to delivering comprehensive legal services to our clients. Bridging global needs and local perspectives, [as well as] enhancing market access, [this alliance] enables the firms to explore new opportunities and expand our footprint.”

The alliance is poised to offer extensive support to South Korean investors eyeing opportunities in Indonesia’s market. Leveraging ARMA’s proficiency in corporate commercial matters, alongside Shin & Kim’s decades-long expertise, the partnership aims to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

“Our firm has cultivated a robust relationship with Shin & Kim, marked by mutual trust. Our collaboration has transcended mere transactions, evolving into an arrangement that benefits both parties immensely. We have further solidified our ties by formalising a non-exclusive alliance agreement, a testament to our shared vision and commitment to excellence in legal services,” Sabati said.
