Andy Pan

Introduction

As a member of the management committee and head of Compliance Practice Group at YuandaWinston, Andy Pan’s work includes regulatory/compliance matters, privacy/data security matters, TMT and emerging businesses, crisis management and corporate governance. Andy holds law degrees from Stanford Law School and UCLA School of Law.

He was selected and recognised by China’s Ministry of Justice as one of the top-talented cross-border attorneys in 2023. For four consecutive years (2020-23), Andy received individual awards as one of the most leading attorneys in the regulatory, compliance and TMT categories by leading international legal directories, such as The Legal 500 and LEGALBAND. Andy is a representative for the 12th Shanghai Lawyer’s Congress, a board director of the Shanghai Venture Capital Association, mediator for Haikou International Commercial Mediation Center, and an arbitrator for Hebei Province Cangzhou Arbitration Commission. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor to MBA students at International Business School of Beijing Foreign Studies University.
