An Shouzhi

Introduction

An Shouzhi has a PhD in international law at Wuhan University and is a visiting scholar at Columbia University and the University of Hong Kong. He is a managing partner at the Xiamen office of AnJie Broad, specialising in One Belt One Road and cross-border investment, shipping and offshore, sports and entertainment, arbitration and dispute resolution. He has experience as counsel or arbitrator over hundreds of cases under jurisdictions of HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, SCC, CIETAC, LMAA, GAFTA, CAS and UNCITRAL arbitration rules. An was selected into the “Thousands of Foreign Lawyers” list of the Ministry of Justice, and Xiamen’s high-level “Double Hundred Talents”. He was nominated as a leading or recommended lawyer by Asia Law & Practice, Who’s Who Legal, China Business Law Journal and the Legal 500.
