With his extensive experience and expertise, Yang specialises in regulatory and compliance law, dispute resolution and corporate affairs in professional fields such as company investigation/white-collar crime, unfair competition, compliance system construction, cybersecurity and data protection, and environmental, social and governance. Yang worked as the in-house lawyer for a prominent multinational company in the food and beverage industry. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing all legal affairs concerning the company’s medical nutrition business, including production, sales, project research, and operation and management. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations and business logic, gaining him extensive knowledge in corporate affairs.
