Alex Sun

Introduction

Sun Lijun is a senior partner, a member of the Management Committee, and an executive member of the Corporate Commercial Affairs and M&A Committee of Ronly & Tenwen Partners. He is also a member of the Civil and Commercial Litigation Research Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association, a member of the Shanghai Lawyers Law Research Institute, and the Intellectual Property Legal Advisory Group of Minhang District, a legal mentor of Zero Bay Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cluster and Liangu Emerging Science and Technology Industrial Park.

Sun has more than 10 years’ experience in the practice of law, specialising in corporate business, finance, real estate and construction engineering, and intellectual property. Skilled at major and complex litigation cases, he has represented commercial cases that have been reported by national media, and his aid cases have been cited by the Ministry of Justice of China. He authored Contemporary Lawyers of China, prefaced by Professor Jiang Ping.

Sun serves as a perennial legal consultant for many multinational companies, manufacturing and trading companiesand government agencies. He provides multiple types of legal services, including risk prevention and control, compliance review, litigation and arbitration, legal document drafting and review.

Sun has represented hundreds of legal aid cases in more than a decade since the beginning of his practice, many of them included in the case database of 12348 China Legal Network.

Having represented hundreds of civil and commercial litigation cases, he firmly believes in “repeated practice in practice”, that persistent effort, professional knowledge and rich experience can guarantee the success of a case and the safeguarding of legitimate rights and interests of parties.

Sun was named among ALB China’s 2022 Top 15 Rising Lawyers in Yangtze River Delta, ALB China’s 2021 Young Lawyers of the Year: The Coastal Areas (shortlisted), and the 2017 Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers of Minhang District.
