In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) has developed a range of resources to assist the global in-house community in guiding their organizations through the crisis.
The COVID-19 ACC Resource Centre is available for anyone seeking guidance, and includes a range of online resources searchable by country and topic area. ACC, through its extensive global networks, is also delivering weekly webcasts for members that address different legal issues arising from the crisis, while also considering the broader societal implications from the crisis as it affects different regions around the world.
ACC has also established a dedicated member forum for COVID-19, where members from around the world have the opportunity to ask questions of colleagues and share insights as to how their organizations are responding to the crisis, and how legal departments are supporting their workforces.
“With much of the global in-house community working in isolation, the importance of a professional network of like-minded colleagues has never been greater,” said Tanya Khan, vice president and managing director, ACC Australia and Asia-Pacific.
“We look forward to supporting the in-house sector through this current crisis and highlighting the increasingly vital role of in-house legal departments during this challenging time for the global economy.”
