Introduction

As the chief partner of Grandway Law Office, Zhang Liguo is a well-known legal expert in China’s securities and capital market. He served as a member of the 7th Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, a member of the 1st Listing Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, a member of the Review Committee of the 4th SSE Board of Directors, and a member of the 1st Listing Committee of the SSE Star Market. He is currently an expert consultant of the Asset Securitisation Committee of the Asset Management Association of China, a member of the Council of the National Fund for Technology Transfer and Commercialisation, a supervisor at the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association Board of Supervisors, a director at the Board of Supervisors of the Beijing Dongcheng District Lawyers Association, a CPC deputy secretary at the Beijing Dongcheng District Lawyers Association, and a director at the Beijing Legal Aid Foundation.
