Yin Qifeng

Introduction

Yin Qifeng is the founding partner of Wincon Law Firm., chairman of the firm’s supervisory board and of the Wincon Charity Foundation. He advocates dignified practice and a happy life, works solidly and diligently, pursues excellence in service, eliminates worries for clients, and lays the foundations for a “century history law firm”. Yin’s practise areas include real estate, construction engineering, petrochemicals and educational institutions. He has long focused on providing comprehensive and one-stop services such as for dispute resolution and investment mergers and acquisitions from the perspective of legal and commercial co-ordination. He has handled numerous complex and significant transactions and has been rated as one of the “most recommended 60 construction engineering professional lawyers in China” for six consecutive times. After the retrial by the Supreme People’s Court of a construction contract dispute case represented by Yin, the core viewpoints in the agency opinion were incorporated into the judicial interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court. He provided full process legal services for national key university construction projects, and provided legal support for the issuance of RMB300 million of bonds for the project. He represented clients in requesting project debts and assisted them in collecting over RMB80 million within a month before the Spring Festival.

Yin actively undertakes industry responsibilities and many social tasks in law associations, arbitration institutions, and law schools. Qingdao Law Association Real Estate Committee led by him has been awarded the title of Excellent Professional Committee for consecutive years, and he has been awarded the title of “Top 10 Arbitrators” by the Qingdao Arbitration Commission. Yin has served as a collaborative mentor in universities such as Shandong University and Ocean University of China, actively donating funds to assist in education and research, assisting in professional teaching, practical guidance and employment guidance, contributing to the deepening of the pool of legal talent.
