Wang Lixin

Introduction

Wang Lixin has been practising law for over 30 years since he obtained the PRC BAR in 1992. During his professional career, Wang has insisted on integrity and innovation, and demonstrated outstanding performance in a wide range of practice areas.

Wang is renowned in domestic and overseas securities issuance, red-chip enterprise restructuring and financing, reform and restructuring of financial institutions M&A, fund establishment and operation, venture capital investment, cross-border transactions and other businesses. His professional skills are highly recognised by clients in many industries, including but not limited to finance, energy and mineral resources, aviation, telecommunications and internet, manufacturing, medical care, real estate, logistics, and others. Wang has been awarded a considerable number of important awards in the legal service community. His professional awards mainly include:

As a senior partner of the legal industry, Wang has also made considerable achievements in the management and build-up of law firms. He joined KWM in 2002 and has held long-term management roles in the firm. In recent years, focusing on the concept of “rooted in Asia and serving the world”, Wang has led the team to continuously upgrade KWM’s multi-jurisdictional service capabilities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.

Currently, Wang is serving the KWM community in several administrative positions. He serves as a member of the Management Committee; a member of the Partner Development and Evaluation Committee; the managing partner of KWM International Centre; the leading partner of the Greater Bay Area office; and the principal of KWM’s Guangzhou office.
