Steven Zhu is a director and a managing partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Zhu focuses on investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
Zhu has handled many influential projects and is especially good at handling major and complex investment, restructuring and structural adjustment assignments on behalf of state-owned enterprises, such as capital market and M&A projects for Kanzhun Limited, Sinochem, Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Company, Syngenta Group, Beijing Capital Agribusiness & Food Group, China Jinmao, Citic Construction Investment, and Far East Horizon.
He has also served as a member of the Beijing Listing Advisory Committee, as an outside director of Beijing Xianglong Assets Management Co. and has been an adjunct professor at the Law School of the China University of Political Science and Law.
