Song Zhongchun

Introduction

Song Zhongchun is a deputy director at City Development Law Firm and a director at the firm’s Beijing office. He also serves as vice president of the Construction Industry Sub-Council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, joint director of the Shanghai Private Equity Association, and vice president of its Real Estate Sub-Committee, etc. Song has extensive legal practice experience in non-litigation and dispute resolution in the industries of natural resources and infrastructure, construction, real estate and real estate finance. He has been highly recommended by various legal ranking authorities, including but not limited to Chambers and Partners, China Business Law Journal, Benchmark Litigation, Engineering News-Record and Construction Times.
