Prior to joining Commerce and Finance Law Offices, Guo served as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Legal Officer of ZTE, where he was entrusted with overseeing global legal matters, compliance, intellectual property enforcement and prosecution, information security, among other key responsibilities. In this role, he successfully spearheaded and implemented the establishment of the company’s legal compliance management system, and he was the driving force behind the creation of a standardised online operations mechanism for legal compliance.

His compliance work encompasses the establishment of corporate compliance systems, enhancing legal compliance management capabilities, handling sanctions, and performing export control evaluation and mitigation.
