Guo Jun

Introduction

Guo Jun is a managing partner and director at W&H Law Firm (Shanghai). A PhD and first-class lawyer, he brings 28 years of extensive experience to his practice.

Renowned for his expertise in financial, commercial and cross-border legal matters, his client base features notable domestic and foreign-listed companies, central and major state-owned enterprises, and financial institutions. His track record includes managing a multitude of significant commercial litigation and non-litigation cases.

Guo is deeply engaged in the academic and business communities. He serves as an adjunct professor and master’s supervisor at institutions like Tongji University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
