Guo Jun is a managing partner and director at W&H Law Firm (Shanghai). A PhD and first-class lawyer, he brings 28 years of extensive experience to his practice.
Renowned for his expertise in financial, commercial and cross-border legal matters, his client base features notable domestic and foreign-listed companies, central and major state-owned enterprises, and financial institutions. His track record includes managing a multitude of significant commercial litigation and non-litigation cases.
Guo is deeply engaged in the academic and business communities.
