JunHe has hired Chen Sijia as a partner for its Beijing office, bolstering the firm’s capabilities in dispute resolution and data asset protection.
Before joining JunHe, Chen acted as litigation director at Amap, a subsidiary of Alibaba Group. She previously worked in China’s judicial system and was among the first cohort of judges at the Beijing Internet Court, where she helped develop its online trial framework.
Chen led numerous disputes involving data asset protection, unfair competition, IP and internet compliance.
Currently, she is an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
