Liu Jiaxin

Introduction

Liu Jiaxin joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2010. He specialises in venture capital and private equity financing, public financing, restructuring and M&A. He has represented a large number of VC and PE funds, strategic investors, startups and entrepreneurs in various industries covering artificial intelligence, the internet, education, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals, and has assisted in forming deal structures, drafting legal documents and participating in negotiations. Liu has also represented a large number of issuers and underwriters in Chinese company IPOs, debt offerings and alternative public financing on international securities exchanges.
