Introduction

Li Yifan specialises in corporate M&A legal services, and has completed key projects and first-rate service experience, team management and professional capabilities. In 2024, she was listed on LexisNexis’ “40 Under 40” Asia and Greater China lists, and awarded the “Future Star of Dacheng’s Outstanding Young Lawyers in China”. A debt and asset restructuring project she handled, which involved a leading Chinese pharmaceutical company after its delisting, won the “LegalOne China Outstanding Deal and Case of the Year”. In 2023, her Beijing North Star Century Center Asset Support project won two “Frontier Awards” for outstanding CMBS/CMBN (commercial mortgage-backed securities/notes) and legal adviser. She contributes to Dacheng’s M&A expertise, which has led to top rankings and awards, including ALB’s M&A “Deal of the Year” and continuous inclusion in Legal500’s M&A list. Her in-depth research and publications, such as “Guidelines for State-Owned Shareholders to Increase Shares of Listed Companies”, are widely recognised and included in databases like Wolters Kluwer, CNKI and LexisNexis.

Li’s high-quality work achievements also include promoting a boundaryless team, fostering a professional brand and contributing content to its public account, such as a 100,000-word analysis of Corporate Law revisions which has reached more than 10,000 views.

Li actively provides support for the growth of young lawyers. In the “lunch theme salon” activity of Dacheng Beijing’s youth working committee, she gave special lectures to young lawyers. In a 2023 internship programme supporting Hong Kong and mainland legal professionals organised by the International Youth Legal Exchange Association, Li acted as a mentor lawyer for Hong Kong interns. She supported the “Qingzhu Plan” for young lawyer development, establishing a “3+N” training system covering professional quality, skills and the basics, as well as key and international training programmes, with more than 1,000 participants. Her innovative initiatives are also built upon her introduction of the advanced development platform Feishu and AI tools to the team, conveniently integrating all training related resources to achieve all-around collaboration, interaction and sharing from instructors, trainees and course assistants. All these contributions provide a full range of application requirements including note sharing, data sharing and other course management, interaction and data precipitation, which is groundbreaking in the industry.
