Liu Bin

Introduction

Liu Bin, a lawyer with more than 13 years of experience, holds the positions of director and senior partner at Tianxi Law Firm in Guangdong. Liu specialises in labour and employment, family affairs and wealth management, criminal defence, internet and digital economy, and corporate legal compliance. He has received notable recognition throughout his career, receiving numerous awards for his leadership and dedication to excellence.

Social positions: Bin serves as a member of the Labour and Social Security Legal Business Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association; the Labour and Social Security Legal Business Professional Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association; and the Guangzhou Huangpu Sixth Five-Year Plan Legal Education Lecturers Group.

He is also a member of the Guangdong Criminal Defence Lawyers Pool; executive director of the Third Intellectual Property Law Research Association of the Guangdong Province Law Society; was a specially appointed mediator for the Huangpu District People’s Court of Guangzhou from 2018 to 2019; is the head of the Public Welfare Lawyer Group of the Huangpu District Social Construction Promotion Association; a council member of the Lawyer Industry Branch of the First and Second Guangzhou Huangpu District New Social Stratum Association; and was a delegate of the 10th and the 11th Guangzhou Lawyers Representative Conferences.
