Wang Xiaoyu

Introduction

Wang Xiaoyu focuses on commercial dispute resolution and specialises in major first-instance cases involving complex legal relationships and evidence and complex appeal and retrial cases. He represents clients in various typical cases handled by the Supreme People’s Court and provincial high courts such as the “Tang Changlong equity transfer dispute case”, which was designated as the No. 67 guiding case by the Supreme People’s Court, while the “Dali Lanlinge Real Estate loan contract dispute case” was published in the Civil Trial Guidance and Reference (Vol.1, 2020).

Wang advocates litigation standardisation. He shares his litigation skills by providing training covering evidence, court appearance, litigation standardisation, litigation visualisation and other fields for nearly a thousand lawyers and legal counsellors each year as a lecturer. in the Non-litigation Academy.
