Vaibhav Suri, along with a team of seven lawyers, has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a partner in the firm’s real estate practice at the Delhi-NCR office.
Suri served in various capacities including partner at Luthra and Luthra for around 18 years before moving to CAM. He brings extensive experience in real estate transactions and projects, including acquisitions, development, investment structuring, sales, leasing, collaborations and construction contracts.
He has worked on multi-state legal issues related to ownership, leasing, documentation, stamping and registration, permitted property usage, and regulatory approvals.
Suri’s expertise spans property due diligence and title verification on a pan-India basis, structuring real estate transactions, and drafting transaction documents, including JV agreements, development agreements, sale and lease deeds, settlement agreements, and leave and licensing agreements.
