Tata Sky, a joint venture between Tata Sons and 21st Century Fox, has appointed Himavat Chaudhuri as its chief legal and regulatory affairs officer. Chaudhuri, who is a member of India Business Law Journal’s editorial board, was formerly the senior counsel and executive director of Turner International India, a position he had held for more than five years.
