Tan Xiao

Introduction

Tan Xiao is a senior partner at Dacheng Law Offices, and is a member of the firm’s capital markets committee. He is a member of the All China Lawyers Association’s Corporate Law Professional Committee.Tan is a qualified data compliance officer certified by the China Cybersecurity Review Technology and Certification Center, and advised on the third-party compliance supervision and evaluation mechanism for enterprises involved in a Chongqing case.

Tan graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, with a double bachelor’s degree in law and economics, and a master’s degree in civil and commercial law. He has been included on the lists of international legal rating agencies such as International Financial Law.

Review (IFLR1000) and The Legal 500, and was selected into the first batch of the “1,000 Young Lawyers Leading Talents” by the Chongqing Lawyers Association. Tan handled cases that were cited as among the Chongqing Lawyers Association’s Top Ten Commercial Transaction (Non-litigation) Legal Service Cases in 2021, and awarded “Best Transaction of the Year” by IFLR1000 China in 2022, among others.
