SNG Partners has advised HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund in the establishment of a INR15 billion (USD180 million) joint venture with the House of Abhinandan Lodha.
Senior partner Amit Aggarwal led the engagement team with partner Aditya Vikram Dua and associate Parvathi Menon. The firm provided document drafting, review, negotiation and comprehensive legal advice on the joint venture.
The venture entails low-rise development projects in India, with a total gross development value of INR45 billion.
