Sha Qianli

Introduction

Sha Qianli, with more than 13 years of legal practice experience, specialises in legal services on securities issuance, initial public offerings, equity investment, acquisitions and mergers. He is a licensed lawyer in China and a practicing attorney in New York State, US.

Throughout his career, Sha has either led or participated in numerous high-profile projects, including public listings, private equity investments, corporate restructuring, refinancing, listings on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) for small and medium-sized enterprises, and corporate bond issuances.

He has provided comprehensive legal services for the IPOs of Anhui Strong State New Materials Co, Shanghai Shengpu Fluid Equipment Co, Zhejiang Semir Garment Co, and

Shanghai Baolong Automotive Technology Co. Additionally, he has been involved in the public issuance of H shares by Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co, the public offering of corporate bonds by Shanghai Forte Land Company Limited, and the private issuance of stocks by Anxin Trust Co.

Sha has also rendered legal services for asset acquisitions by A-share listed companies, including Senba Sensing Technology Co’s stock issuance for the acquisition of Wuxi GLT Safety Equip Co and Semir Garment’s acquisition of South Korean listed company ISE Commerce Company.
