Manu Varghese is the latest partner to join the Mumbai branch of Samvad Partners and is set to focus on mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.

With a career spanning 15 years, Varghese specialises in M&A, private equity, joint ventures and business transfers.
He has worked with clients from an array of sectors such as e-commerce, retail, cement, financial services, equipment manufacturing, renewable energy and information technology. He has worked with some of India’s largest conglomerates, multinational companies and private equity players.
Varghese has extensive experience in advising clients on strategic acquisitions and exits, private equity investments, joint ventures, inbound foreign investments, divestment of businesses, assets and outbound investments, FDIs, cross-border transactions and joint ventures.
He previously worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
