Introduction

Zhao LingYou is the founding partner of Ningbo branch of Joint-Win Partners. As the director of the foreign business centre, he is proficient in international trade theory and practice, possessing expertise in law, management, international trade, econometrics and finance.

In the past 10 years, he has provided legal services to commercial enterprises in the US, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey and other countries. He has been highly recognised by his clients for his expertise in foreign-related civil and commercial dispute resolution and other non-litigation legal services, providing the clients with the best dispute resolution solutions, minimising dispute resolution costs and maximising benefits.

In his career, Zhao has provided mediation, reconciliation, negotiation and dispute resolution services for nearly 100 foreign trade and manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad. The projects include:

· Representing a Hong Kong client in handling asset dispute in the mainland and recovering all losses for the client.

· Representing an East Asian client to handle the confirmation of its domestic assets, providing legal services in different cities throughout the whole process, and finally achieving the purpose of entrustment.

· Representing an international trading company in a compensation dispute arising from a RMB15 million equity transfer transaction 15 years earlier, maximising the client’s interests.

· Acted as a legal consultant for a three-dimensional equity design, personalised charter modification and business model design of an artificial intelligence project of a domestic high-tech company.
