Introduction

Corporate partner Bis Chatterjee co-chairs the India practice and leads the US securities laws practice focused on India, SE Asia and Middle East. Bis divides his time between Singapore and Dubai, and works closely with teams across SPB’s global footprint of 54 offices and 1,700 lawyers.

Bis focuses on equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance, M&A and PE transactions. He has worked across industries, including technology, fintech, energy, financial services, defence, infrastructure, real estate, retail and hospitality clients. He has also worked on a range of regulatory issues, including economic sanctions, government procurement, white collar investigations, corporate governance issues and other regulatory disputes.
