Vivek Jha has joined Fox Mandal & Associates as a partner in the corporate practice at the firm’s Delhi office, while Dipti Das and VC Mathews have been promoted to partners.
Das heads the dispute resolution practice in Mumbai and Mathews leads the IPR practice in Delhi.

Jha brings extensive expertise in advising corporations, investors, and entities across various industries. Having worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Desai and Diwanji, Khaitan & Co and Vaish Associates in the past, his broad experience encompasses venture debt fundraisings, offshore fund investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and legal due diligence.
He has advised on investments in healthcare, finance, logistics, and real estate sectors, along with providing strategic guidance on corporate compliance and structuring.

Das has more than two decades of experience and is a seasoned expert in dispute resolution, having represented clients in various courts and tribunals across Maharashtra and beyond.
Her expertise spans arbitration, civil litigation, insolvency, corporate proceedings at the National Company Law Tribunal, and criminal defence matters. Das has successfully advocated for clients before statutory authorities, judicial bodies, courts, forums and commissions.
Mathews, who has more than 15 years of IPR experience, said: “My vision is to be a collaborative force within the team, leveraging my expertise to streamline processes and elevate the firm’s overall efficiency. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Mathews has worked on the firm’s IP practice in Delhi, with extensive expertise in trademarks, copyrights, and designs. He handles all aspects of intellectual property, from conducting complex clearance searches to overseeing registration and enforcement procedures for organisations.
