Introduction

Ethan Zhang Yichen mainly deals with commercial disputes including company equity disputes, disputes related to economic contracts, labour disputes and other commercial dispute cases. He previously worked as an intern at the Shanghai Higher People’s Court, and has also worked in market management, brand rights protection and in the administration of state institutions.
